Background

LHcrypto or Larson & Holz are preferred Forex and Binary options. The company has operated since 2004 and now the company has individual clients who trade fluctuations in quotations of financial instruments such as crypto currency, stocks, oil, gold etc. The company has already designed and built their smart contracts, three functions that allow investors to acquire them on LHcoin tokens, and put them into smart contracts. this income function does not depend on the market price of LHcoin tokens.

LHcrypto has divided the ICO into 3 phases Pre-ICO, ICO, and ICO Post each takes for one month. in the first phase the initial fund will be raised. The amount of funds collected will determine the token price. Like other companies, we are interested in acquiring the largest funds, which is why LHcrypto wants to reward people who invest in larger quantities. Conclusion that the Pre-ICO investor will have a LHcrypto token at a low price (the price is calculated after Pre-ICO), and the price will be increased by 5%, 10%, 15%, and 21% every week

PRE-ICO = 10/30/2017

This stage takes a month, (from 10/30/2017 - 12/02/2017) 20.000.000 token will be issued for all Pre-ICO. All Pre-ICO results will be divided into 20,000,000 LHcoin, the amount of coins issued but the minimum price should not be less than 0.1 USD.

ICO = 12/04 / 2017 - 12/31/2017

This stage takes 4 weeks or a month

50.000.000 LHcoin token will be distributed in 4 stages:

• Week 1 (12/04 / 2017-12 / 10/2017) LHcoin token price of 5%
• Week 2 (12/11 / 2017-12 / 17/2017) LHcoin token price of 10%
• Week 3 (12/18 / 2017-12 / 24/2017) LHcoin token price of 15%
• Week 4 (12/25 / 2017-12 / 31/2017) LHcoin token price of 21%

POST ICO = 01/01 / 2018-01 / 31/2018

Bonus will be distributed on February 1, 2018 after the ICO POST phase ends. If we collect less than $ 1,000,000 then all funds invested will return to investors and the project will be closed. If we accumulate more than $ 1,000,000, $ 500,000 tokens will be distributed among holders of LHcoin tokens when ICO POST expires (02/01/2018). Two years after the starting point of ICO (10/30/2019) 500,000 more tokens will be distributed proportionally among investors. If we collect more than $ 10,000,000 then the 1,000,000 LHcoin tokens that will be distributed among the token holders at ICO POST expire. Two years after the initial ICO point of 1,000,000 more tokens will be distributed proportionally among investors.
